Instructions for submitting written testimony to the Department Of Energy about the draft proposed National Interest Electric Transmission Corridors (NIETC) We strongly encourage everybody to submit comments opposing the NIETC's. Remember, in whatever form, you must submit your comments by July 6, 2007.
