The PSC has ruled that the NYRI Application is now complete!
We have scheduled an organizational and informational meeting to discuss the process of the Public Service Commission hearings regarding NYRI's proposal and what we can and should do to fight NYRI.

The meeting will be on Monday, September 29, at 7:00 p.m., at the Wallkill Town Hall.

It is extremely important that each and every one of you who can attend, does attend. We have a lot of work to do, and this process will be extremely fast. We need to raise awareness, raise money, and make plans to submit testimony, attend public hearings and make known our utter opposition to this plan.

Directions: The Town Hall is at 99 Tower Drive in the Town of Wallkill (Middletown). Going west on Route 17, take exit 120, make a right at the first light and then make a left at the next light (away from the Galleria Mall entrance). Go up the hill a bit, and then take a left into the parking lot for the Town Hall (which is opposite the Time Warner building) . Gail Heatherly
